Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Velqora Google Feed, a Shopify app operated by Velqora Labs. By installing or using the app you agree to them. The app is also subject to Shopify's terms, and our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
The service
Velqora Google Feed reads your Shopify product catalog and generates a product feed file that Google Merchant Center can fetch from a feed address. It shows which products are included and why others are excluded.
Your responsibilities
- Your product information must be accurate and you must have the right to use it.
- You are responsible for your Google Merchant Center account and for following Google's policies.
- Keep your feed address private. Anyone with it can read your feed; you can replace it in the app.
- Don't misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access other stores' data.
Velqora doesn't connect to your Google account. Google decides whether to accept and show your products; Velqora can't guarantee that Google will approve them.
Fees
Any applicable pricing is shown in the Shopify App Store listing. Any Shopify app charges are billed through Shopify.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and your feed up to date, but it may occasionally be unavailable or delayed, for example during maintenance or when Shopify or our providers have problems. If a feed refresh fails, the last good feed stays available. We may update the app and these terms; we'll post changes here with a new effective date.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from Shopify admin. Your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
